Christian Education was founded on the principles of Matthew 28:19-20 when Jesus said, “Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded.” In this ministry, emphasis is placed on teaching, nurturing and developing the people of God to become true vessels that God can use. Christian education is a ministry that stresses the importance of reading and studying God’s word for spiritual advancement. Specific ministries under this umbrella include both Youth and Adult Sunday School, Children’s Church, Bible Study Classes, Leadership Team Training and Vacation Bible School.
